1. Incorrect Items Ordered by the Customer

If you accidentally order the wrong item, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns will be accepted for store credit only, less a 30% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The returned item must be in resalable condition, as determined by management.
A copy of the original invoice or receipt must accompany the returned item.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong part or an item you did not order, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.
We will ship the correct replacement part.
A copy of the original invoice or receipt must accompany the returned item.

3. Back ordered Items

If an item is listed as back ordered, it means we are temporarily out of stock. Due to high demand or manufacturing delays, fulfillment may take longer than expected.

Customers may choose to:

Keep the order open until the parts become available; or
Cancel the order and receive store credit for the order amount, including shipping costs.

Refunds to the original method of payment are not provided under this policy.

4. Special Order Items

If a special-order item does not fit or work for your RV or trailer, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item.

Eligible returns will receive store credit, less a 30% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you choose to cancel an order due to manufacturer delays, product unavailability, or back order issues, store credit will be issued only.

5. Electrical Items and Motors

All motors are tested before shipping to verify that they are in proper working condition.

NO WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS.

Please verify compatibility and application before placing your order.

6. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please email parts@weekendwarriorpartsandservice.com and file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

In accordance with our shipping damage policy, a replacement part or store credit will be issued only after a claim has been filed with the shipping company.

Please retain the packaging and any damaged items until the carrier's claim process has been completed.

Any part measuring over 8 feet is considered a freight item.

Shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates only.
A shipping estimate must be displayed at checkout because the freight cost cannot be left blank.
A crate fee is included in the applicable cost.
Actual freight charges may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier rates, and transit time.

Additional freight charges may apply if the final shipping cost differs from the checkout estimate.
