All Sales Are Final.

If You Ordered The Wrong Item By Mistake

If you order the wrong item by mistake, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will accept the return and issue store credit minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, and be in a resell-able condition, as determined by Management.

If We Shipped You The Wrong Part

If you have received the wrong part, or a part you did not order, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will issue a return label, pay for return shipping, and ship you the correct part. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

Special Order Items

If an item is marked a Special Order Item, and it is decided it will not work for your coach, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will accept the return and issue store credit minus a 50% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, and be in a resell-able condition, as determined by Management.

Motors

All motors are tested to ensure they are in proper working order before shipping. 

Items Damaged During Shipping

If damage occurs during the shipping process, please e-mail us at parts@weekendwarriorpartsandservice.com, and be sure to file a claim with the proper shipping company. In accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, Only after a claim has been filed with the shipping company will a replacement part be issued.
