Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

If You Ordered The Wrong Item By Mistake

If you order the wrong item by mistake, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will accept the return and issue store credit minus a 50% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, and be in a resell-able condition, as determined by Management.

If We Shipped You The Wrong Part

If you have received the wrong part, or a part you did not order, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will issue a return label, pay for return shipping, and ship you the correct part. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

Back Order Parts

If an item states its on back order it means  we have run out of stock on the items due to the high demand there maybe a delay on the manufacturing of these items. If you choose to cancel the order we will only apply store credit for the order including the shipping cost or we will ship the parts and they become available. 

Special Order Items

If an item is marked a Special Order Item, and it is decided it will not work for your coach, notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. We will accept the return and issue store credit minus a 50% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned item MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, and be in a resell-able condition, as determined by Management. If you choose to cancel your order because of the manufacturing company that makes the parts are delayed or a item is not in stock or on back order we will only apply store credit. 

Motors

All motors are tested to ensure they are in proper working order before shipping. NO WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. 

Items Damaged During Shipping

If damage occurs during the shipping process, please e-mail us at parts@weekendwarriorpartsandservice.com, and be sure to file a claim with the proper shipping company. In accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, Only after a claim has been filed with the shipping company will a replacement part be issued or store credit will be applied.
